Australian standard shipping

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered to Australian addresses. The standard delivery allowance has been incorporated into product pricing, and the eligible standard shipping rate will appear as $0 at checkout.

Express shipping

Express shipping remains optional and is charged separately at checkout where it is available. Selecting an express service does not necessarily reduce order processing or dispatch time.

International shipping

International shipping is not included in the Australian free-shipping offer. International delivery is available only when an eligible rate is displayed at checkout and is charged separately.

Processing, dispatch and delivery

Products may be dispatched from different fulfilment locations. If an order contains multiple items, the items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. Processing and delivery timeframes vary according to product availability, the dispatch location, the destination and the carrier. Tracking information will be provided by email when it is available.

Delivery addresses

Please check that the delivery address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. Additional delivery costs may apply if a parcel is returned because the supplied address was incomplete or incorrect.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If a parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us at jordancollins77@gmail.com with the order number and relevant details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfilment partner.
